Functions and Features

1. The entire machine is designed and manufactured for reliability and safety, allowing for quick order changes and easy operation.

2. The drive gears are hardened and made of high-quality 20CrMnTi alloy steel, achieving a precision of level six.

3. All phase adjustments are electric, with human-machine interface displaying adjustment data. The whole machine automatically resets, with a memory function for the plate wiping.

4. It uses a keyless connection to reduce center wear and maintain long-term printing alignment.

5. All roller shafts undergo dynamic balancing treatment and are chrome-plated to enhance hardness.

6. The German servo front-edge paper feeding system is equipped with a variable frequency suction fan and dual brush suction ports, which can effectively remove impurities from the printed surface of the cardboard, improving print quality.

7. The left and right baffles and the rear baffle are all electrically adjustable, improving paper feeding accuracy and adding a sheet separation feeding device.

8. Automatic tapping function for side baffles to align stacks.

9. The anilox roller is equipped with a pneumatic automatic lifting device in conjunction with the paper feeding system (the anilox roller descends to contact the plate during feeding and rises to separate from the plate when feeding stops).

10. All pressure adjustments are electric, with electric buttons to adjust pressure and a self-locking function.

11. The ink supply system for the rubber roller or doctor blade system, equipped with a metal or ceramic anilox roller, can improve print quality.

12. Automatic high-pressure cleaning system for the doctor blade and ceramic anilox roller, with a quick-change device for the doctor blade.

13. Electric knife plate discharge device for single knife plate, increasing pre-pressing for slotting, with dual functions of pre-pressing and line pressing.

14. Automatic cutting and repair device for the die-cutting rubber pad roller, which levels the rubber pad automatically, reducing die-cutting pressure and making the rubber pad more durable.

15. The entire machine is computer-controlled and can store orders.

16. Independent PLC control unit, unaffected by the addition of color groups.
