6、Installed lead-edge feeder controlled by Germany servo system. Installed dusting negative pressure device, good-quality import brushes, can clean the matter on the paper surface and increase the printing quality.

7、The side baffle and back baffle are adjusted electrical on feeder unit, and it can increase the precision of feeding, also installed skip feeding device.

8、It has flap on right side baffle.

9、It has auto lifting device on anilox roll (In feeding anilox roll drops and contacts printing plate; it rises to separate from the printing plate when stop feeding).

10、All of pressure is all adjusted electrical, press the button to adjust the pressure and self-locking.

11、Adopting rubber roll inking system or chamber doctor blade system, with chrome plate anilox roll or ceramic anilox roll, it can increase printing quality.

12、Installed automatic cleaning the anilox roll device and change blade quickly device.

13、Installed single electric slotter boss, add pre-creasing device on slotter unit. It has pre-creasing and creasing double function.

14、Installed automatic repaired device lathe the cushion to reduce the pressure of die-cutter and make cushion long time using.

15、The whole machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, it can storage orders.

16、It has separate PLC controller on each unit, so it is convenience to add or decrease printer unit or other unit.
